Seven EMR is an advanced clinic management system designed to enable doctors and other clinic staff to efficiently manage their clinic’s daily work.
Access to the Seven EMR is open for the patients as well: through Patient Web Portal patients are able to view their appointments, medical history, get some information about clinic staff, change password, view transactions, make payments and ask questions.

Patient Management
Patient Management allows having within easy access patient demographic, financial, insurance information, treatment history, appointments, photo, etc. Efficiently organized and intelligently designed window simplifies patient registration, which, in its turn, facilitates further communication with the patients. Alert notes provide clinic staff with important and special piece of information about a patient, i.e. а patient may have some drug allergy and it is vital to be aware of it every time you view his/her data.
Treatment/Medical History
The availability and easy access to patient's detailed medical history (such as diseases, analyses, allergies, etc) and all kind of treatments the patient received make the clinic staff workflow easier and allow them diagnose more accurately and organise the treatment process more effectivly without any further harm for the patient's life.
Finance/Accounting
The accounting system allows making payment by cash, check, credit card and transfer. Wide range of transactions types offered also makes the payment process easier for the patients and the accounting multifunctional.
Clinic Management/Scheduling
This is a well- designed, efficiently and thoroughly thought system including all the aspects of clinic workflow starting from patient registration, scheduling, document management, consultation, treatment to financial affairs and accounting. Scheduling is one of the strong points in Seven EMR. In the proficiently designed scheduling table the users can see all the scheduled and available apointment hours, rooms, the number of patients waiting, those having appointment at the moment and remaining patients scheduled for that day. Another priority of the Seven EMR scheduling is the availablility of reminding system, i.e. three days before each future appointment patients are reminded and asked to confirm through e-mail the appointment.
Reporting/Report builder
Wide range of various reports (reports on treatment history, staff accounts, patients, appointments, financial, insurance reports) enables the users have all the necessary data in one place and within a quick reach. One of the priorites of the system is that you can build your own or customize existing reports based on clinic special requirments and approach to the management system using most advanced technologies.
Messaging
One of the important features of Seven EMR is messeging where you can easily share information with the rest of the staff without leaving your workplace. This will allow you save time, make arrangements and/or ask and receive the needed information quickly, effectively and free of charge.
Change Tracking
Change tracking aims to store all the changed data concerning patient’s demographic, financial, treatment history, etc. information. At any time you are able to get information about the date of a certain change and by whom it was made. Patient Survey
Patient Survey gives patients the opportunity to express their opinions concerning the clinic’s services (from making appointment, reception desk experience to the clinical consultation).
